Glen has been in Executive Leadership positions for 20+ years, implementing a variety of curricula across primary and secondary levels in New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and the UAE. Glen is currently Deputy Director of Taaleem Education, UAE, leading the IB and UK schools and supporting across Taaleem’s 26 schools in a variety of other strategic initiatives.

 

His early commitment to excellence was demonstrated as the Headmaster of Pinehurst School in New Zealand where he spent 10 years. The school received recognition as Cambridge University International Examinations "Top School Award" for the last nine consecutive years of his tenure.
 

He is very familiar with both the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Cambridge University International Examinations. He was the former Chairman of the IB Heads Association and Chairman of the Cambridge University International Examinations. In recognition, he was a recipient of a bursary from Cambridge University for his commitment to leadership and curriculum development.

 

Glen has also been an advisor to Ministries of Education in five countries and has been invited to speak at numerous international conferences. Most recently he has been a Head of School/CEO in Dubai, where his school was a finalist in IB school of the year and was selected as one of the top ten schools in Dubai.
