Jeni Dellman is Head of Primary at British School Muscat. A passionate, experienced practitioner with over 25 years of UK and international teaching experience, Jeni has worked at schools in the UK, Egypt, Thailand, Jordan and Oman. Whilst at BSM, Jeni was heavily involved in the development of the Assessment, Reporting and Feedback policies across the school. As an Assistant Head she developed the Student Leadership Committee and opportunities for student voice and increased parental engagement. Jeni has been Head of Primary School for the past 3 years at BSM. During that time she has worked on a number of initiatives: which have included collaborations with #themonalisaeffect, Learning Ladders and High Performance Learning, to enhance the BSM Discovery Learning model and personalise learning for each student. She has also been part of the team which developed a new blended and online provision model across the school in response to the Pandemic. Most recently, Jeni has completed her coaching certification and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She is currently undertaking her ICF accreditation in ‘Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching’ with CRR Global.
