Adam Crossley

Head of Secondary

Reach British School

For the past 5 years I have held senior leadership positions in schools in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In that time, I have led a change in approach to how we view the curriculum in our school, what we are preparing our students for in the future, where that may lead to and how our students will get there. This blend of the academic and the vocational, the core and the enriched has been positively received across the school community with a refreshed approach to our programmes at Key Stage 4 and 5.

PANELIST SESSIONS

16 November, 2022 | 15:50 to 16:40
So … what IS the future of work?

This forward-thinking panel session, chaired by Dr Helen Wright, will challenge the participants to think about what the world of work could and should look like, and how schools need to prepare their students to respond – and shape – this vision. Areas covered will include:

·      What do children and young people really want out of work and life?

·       What are we doing in schools to lead the way?

·       How can we plan in schools for the future of the world of work?
