Felix, the Executive Director of STEAMLabs Africa is an award winning STEAM Educator with over fifteen years in the education space where he has been involved in classroom teaching, leading digital transformation for schools and STEAM Education initiatives. He has a wide range of experience from local public schools to best International schools in Kenya.
Prior to starting STEAMLabs Africa, he spent a number of years as a STEM educators and EdTech Coach supporting schools with ICT Integration in teaching and learning. He was particularly involved in setting STEAMLabs in Schools where he inspired students and educators to work together
He has been awarded internationally, regionally and nationally for STEAM Curriculum Design, Computer Science Education and Teacher Capacity Development. He is a trained Computer Engineer and Post graduate Diploma in Education holder, both from Kenyatta University and is currently completing his Masters in Instructional Design from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
