  • A Banker turned educationist, KK Ashraf,  arrived UAE in 1973 following his college education.   Shortly after arriving Abu Dhabi he joined HSBC Bank (the then BBME) and rose through ranks to reach a senior position in the Bank, Director HSBC Private Bank. KK is closely associated with social, educational, charitable and humanitarian activities both in India and in the Gulf countries
  • KK is the founder director and Chairman of AURA Edify Global Schools who owns and operate a chain of International Schools in Kerala.    He is the Managing Director of Al Basma British School, a British Curriculum School established in Abu Dhabi in 1988
  • KK is also the founder member and Chairman of Modern Hospital, Kodungallur, Kerala, a 100 Bed multi-speciality Hospital.   He is the founder and Managing Trustee of Modern Hospital Charities running a charitable Dialysis Center.   He holds Directorship in other commercial ventures as well.
  • Team KK presently owns and or manages 7 international schools (British, American and Indian curriculum) in UAE, Doha and India.
  • Regarding his entry in to the field of education from Banking he says it’s simply due to his “passion for quality education”.  In a short span of time KK has made his marks in the education field.   His recent talk on Asianet Radio in UAE was highly appreciated by the listners.   He is invitee in Educational Conferences as Panelist and Mentor speaker.
