Louise Dawson Educational Services

Louise Dawson is an independent consultant, supporting schools, and organisations, with Inclusion across the Middle East.  Louise has worked in Dubai for 10 years and Hong Kong for 8.  Previously with Jumeirah College, Kings' School Al Barsha, and Wellington International School she is well placed to understand not only education and the inspection frameworks but also additional needs from identification, through support and to evidencing progress; as well as understanding the unique inclusion journey that the UAE has been on. A very rare specialist in direct 'hands on' identification and support, teaching, and managing through to senior leadership.  Louise was the inaugural BSME Network Lead for Inclusion and she writes and delivers training through her website and for Infinite Learning, Real Training and EduCare.   Louise is Co-Founder of the International Forums of Inclusion Practitioners, and speaks frequently across many education platforms such as GESS, Outstanding Schools and the Inclusion and Wellbeing MENA. She has hosted three sessions for WhatWorksX with KHDA and is an advocate of assistive technology; working closely with tech companies to bring software to the Middle East.   Prior to Dubai Louise spent six years in mainstream and Special School in England.
