Education Ministry to provide 113 smart services this year
The Ministry of Education has released a comprehensive guide to 113 services and is planning to make the guide the foundation for shifting these into its package of smart services during the current year, in line with the UAE's shif to smart government.
WAM DUBAI, 21st September 2013 (WAM)-- The Ministry of Education has released a comprehensive guide to 113 services and is planning to make the guide the foundation for shifting these into its package of smart services during the current year, in line with the UAE's shif to smart government.
The services listed in the Ministry's new guide target individuals, students and their guardians, and include those delivered at the Ministry itself, educational zones and schools.
Detailed information on the services, which are set to represent a unified reference for all the Ministry's customers and partners, and the new standards for applying for services and for implementing them, are provided by the new guide.
Twenty three of the services target students, and sixty eight target the Ministry's educational zones in Dubai and northern regions.
Minister of Education, Humaid bin Mohammed Obaid Al Qattami, affirmed the Ministry's interest in seeking the highest international standards, quality and efficienty through its new strategy to live up to the international stature and reputation of the UAE, and the unlimited support extended by the country's wise leadership to education to boost the competitiveness of this sector.
