Jordanian university to set up BlackBerry academy
Jordanian university Al Zaytoonah has partnered with the maker of BlackBerry smartphones, Research In Motion (RIM), to set up a BlackBerry academy in the country, Jordan Times has reported.
Under the partnership, RIM will provide tools and equipment to train university students on applications and games, Mohammed Al Mefleh, director of product management for the Middle East at RIM, told the daily. The academy will expand in the near future to cooperate with other public and private universities in the kingdom and provide them with the necessary tools to train students on developing games and apps, he said.
