Sultan bin Zayed Centre organises seminar on UAE education sector development

ABU DHABI, 25th March, 2018 (WAM) — The Sultan bin Zayed Centre is organising a seminar, entitled “The Development of Education in the UAE”, on Wednesday, 4th April, under the theme “Towards a Contemporary Education System,” upon the directives and patronage of H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President’s Representative.

Scholars and experts in education development from throughout the world will participate in the seminar.

Mansour Saeed Amhy Al Mansouri, Deputy Director-General of the Sultan bin Zayed Centre, said that this specialised seminar is being organised as per the direct directives of Sheikh Sultan, in light of his great attention to education, as it is the cornerstone of community development.

He noted that the seminar comprises scientific research carried out by the participants through field visits to schools and educational administrations in the country, as well as meetings with specialists and relevant personnel to formulate a comprehensive vision about the state of education in the country.
