Ross Garrod

Ross Garrod is the Founder and CEO of Practice Pal, a suite of dedicated software tools that transform how schools, teachers, parents, and students move through music education together. A guest principal percussionist with the Royal Ballet Sinfonia and Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as a dedicated music teacher and international music examiner with Trinity College London, Ross entered the EdTech space to restore effective, enjoyable, and accessible music education to the heart of our schools. He is also an in-demand speaker and panellist, most recently sharing his expertise on "nurturing a culture of innovation" at AWS. When not working on Practice Pal, performing or teaching, Ross enjoys spending time with his wife and children and camping.
