"As the organisers of GESS, we believe that holding a business to business exhibition should not only be about connecting educational buyers and suppliers to education institutions but we should also be part of the educational development drive in the region. We have found that the suppliers who will exhibit at GESS in March 2009 are extraordinarily committed to doing whatever they can to ensure that students in the Middle East have access to the best learning environment possible," said Sue Rothwell, Group Event Director, Fairs & Exhibitions.

"We decided to make the donation not only to show our continued commitment to the region but to also support local communities, in which we are trading, something which is a fundamental part of the Kit for Kids philosophy."
The Principal of Umm Sinan School, Khaseeba Ali Salem, said of the donations, "We would like to express our gratitude to GESS, Kit for Kids and Al Mazroui for their generous donation. This range of products will really make a difference to our school in providing a positive learning environment."
