Paul Said

My name is Paul Said and I currently serve as the Deputy Director at Al-Bayan Bilingual School, Kuwait. I hold a BA in Business Administration (Saint Joseph University - Beirut) as well as a diploma in Educational Leadership and a Master's degree in Educational Administration & Policy Studies from the American University of Beirut. I started my career as a 'Youth Talks' teacher and a student advisor in a school network in Lebanon, where I served later on as a head of Middle School and an Assistant School Principal. I have joined Al-Bayan Bilingual School as a Deputy Director; in my capacity, I lead the Arabic Departments, the Student Life Department in addition to other student facilities. As an educational administrator, I value teacher leadership, student voice and 'Professional Learning Communities' as a model and approach for school-based improvement and shaping the school culture and climate. In parallel with my professional career, I still serve as a scouts leader and a music teacher.
